There is no way the 900,000 new jobs needed in the next 10-15 years in Sweden are going to be created by big corporations. They might hire in the economic revival, but overall the trend is negative. The real growth has to come out of the startup scene, and it is not yet happening. We need solutions that scale, and we need them now.
